Trying us for the first time? You can shop with confidence. We’ll refund your first order, minus shipping charge, when requested within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that bundles cannot be returned or refunded.
We consider refunds on a case by case basis. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email info@naturallysmartvitamins.com to request authorization. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and return instructions.

For returns, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
